Many of the challenges we experience are based on limiting and unhelpful thought patterns that impact both our feelings and our behaviors. The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework focuses on problem solving and teaching individuals how to modify these distorted patterns of thinking. This webinar provides an understanding of CBT principles and provides a variety of tools and strategies to both address maladaptive cognitions and behaviour.
