Topic: The Circle of Inspired Learning
A mentoring relationship is a unique collaboration that has clear leadership, but is also dynamic with change as each person grows and is influenced by the other. Aspiring women leaders benefit from engaging in mentoring relationships that explore different models of power and include self-reflection and creativity, allowing for the process to inspire change in all involved. This presentation draws on the circle of inspired learning from conversations between mentors and mentees, exploring what is important and valuable for nurturing powerful and creative mentoring relationships for women.
