Nadine Groves, MEd, RCC

Nadine has over 15 years of experience working as a clinician and educator in the field of mental health, crisis response and trauma support. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Highlights of Nadine’s experience include providing training and clinical supervision on the crisis line, contributing to a mental health outreach crisis response team and working as a mental health therapist with the local health authority. Her therapeutic work centers on balancing acceptance and change with clients while developing skills to enhance capacity for both. Nadine believes that people build their resilience by strengthening self awareness, self compassion and meaningful interpersonal connections. As a presenter, she brings her passion, experience and warmth to ensure workshops are engaging, relevant and practical.
