Kalyn Falk, Trainer with CTRI

Kalyn teachers CTRI workshops in the areas of autism and wellness. She is a gifted facilitator who brings a wealth of knowledge to her training from both her professional background and from her experience raising her 16-year old with profound autism. In university she majored in developmental studies, psychology, and conflict resolution studies. Throughout the last fifteen years, Kalyn has worked with schools, government agencies, and health care organizations to increase awareness and understanding of autism as an educational consultant, trainer and parent. Kalyn published her first book, Mother of the Year and Other Elusive Awards: Misadventures in Autism, in 2013. As a facilitator, she is a warm and engaging speaker who incorporates experiential learning into her presentations.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled 7 or more days prior to the workshop are refundable, minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Alternatively you may receive a credit to attend a future training. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the workshop are non-refundable. If at any time you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another individual at no extra cost. In this case, please notify CTRI of the name of the alternate person who will be attending.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or under-enrolment. Liability is limited to a refund of workshop fees only. Please make travel arrangements with this in mind.

Register Early! To better facilitate group interaction, seating is limited.

Children and unregistered guests are not permitted in the meeting rooms.

You Will Receive

A spiral bound training manual and workshop certificate as well as morning and afternoon refreshments. Participants are on their own for lunch from noon to 1:00 PM, unless otherwise stated above. For livestream participants, you will receive a pdf copy of the manual.

Group Registration Instructions

To register a group for a workshop, register for selected workshop, then once in shopping cart, add quantity of participants and provide names of all participants.

Continuing Education Credit

While many associations and licensing bodies accept CTRI workshops for continuing education credits, questions about approval should be directed to the specific association or licensing body for which you are requesting the credits. Credit hours: A two day workshops earns 12 continuing education hours and a one day workshop earns 6 hours. A certificate will be awarded upon the completion of the workshop.
