Jennifer is a Certified Mediator who holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Transformation with an emphasis in restorative justice. Drawing on her experience in facilitator training, program development, and case management, she now provides training and ongoing technical support for organizations looking to implement restorative justice practices. Jennifer believes that restorative justice works best when it is implemented at all levels in an institution, and when all community members are able to access it and experience ownership of the process. Her experience as a credentialed teacher contributes to her capacity as a trainer, and she loves energetically engaging participants in conversations around the intersections of restorative and social justice. Jennifer provides training for CTRI related to restorative justice, conflict, and violence.
