Healthy relationships provide the support needed by youth to explore who they are in connection to their families, friends and communities, as well as independently. When youth understand the dynamics of healthy relationships they are empowered to make informed decisions and choose a course of action that will support healthy personal and relational development. This workshop will help participants analyze what factors contribute to healthy relationships and see signs of unhealthy relationships. It will give strategies for creating and maintaining positive relationships.
All of our workshops for youth use age appropriate learning methodologies including physical exercises, group activities, video, personal reflection, and group discussion. Workshops are highly interactive in nature and trainers are both insightful and engaging.
