Mike believes the quickest way to improve the emotional climate of a workplace is for leadership to honestly pursue feedback from workers, and find ways to act on that feedback. He is passionate about creating workplaces where people like to work. In his role as a trainer and consultant, he has helped organizations in a multitude of industries become better workplaces, including those in government, social service, business, and educational settings.

Mike has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a certificate in conflict resolution, and over 20 years of experience as a leader in the mediation and conflict resolution field. He is co-author of the book, The Culture Question, and is the author of many of our workshops including “Emotional Intelligence” and “Mediation.” Mike’s specialties include large group climate assessments, facilitating meetings, and collaborative decision making.
