Jennifer is a Registered Psychologist who holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology and a Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She believes that fostering a healthy workplace climate provides the context for employees to thrive in their pursuits of organizational goals. As a consultant, she applies her skills and knowledge toward developing strong organizations that are characterized by psychologically healthy environments and thriving individuals.
Jennifer has worked as a leader in a variety of work environments including corrections, law enforcement, and education. In her various leadership roles, Jennifer has personally focused on improving employee engagement based on their direct input.
