Jennifer is a Registered Psychologist who holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology and a Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She believes that fostering a healthy workplace climate provides the context for employees to thrive in their pursuits of organizational goals. As a consultant, she applies her skills and knowledge toward developing strong organizations that are characterized by psychologically healthy environments and thriving individuals.

Jennifer has worked as a leader in a variety of work environments including corrections, law enforcement, and education. She believes that fostering a healthy workplace climate provides the context for employees to thrive in their pursuits of organizational goals. In her various leadership roles, Jennifer has personally focused on improving employee engagement based on their direct input. She has also continuously worked toward creating a team culture characterized by autonomy, support, and flexibility to fit with the strengths of the individuals.
