Catherine brings a depth of knowledge and a love of working with groups of professionals to all her training and consulting work. She has a Master’s degree in counseling psychology and leadership and a doctorate in leadership development and executive coaching from Middlesex University, in the UK. She is also a published author of two books on leadership and team development.
For years Catherine coordinated and trained natural helpers at a lay counselor program. During this time, Catherine supervised 75 lay counselors to provide low-cost counseling services to individuals and groups. She has also worked as a registered clinical counselor in areas from emergency mental health to eating disorders, with teens to adults and from front line to policy and strategic planning.
Catherine is known for her warm, insightful and engaging style. She believes a holistic and strengths-based approach is essential for helping people “live their best life.”
